Private Business Inspection
The management of First Choice Business Brokers has put in place appropriate measures to help keep people safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Due to current Government restrictions, inspection of all business premise is by private appointment only. Inspection can be conducted during or after business trading hours providing the following social distance and hygiene guidelines are undertaken:
- Maintaining healthy social distancing (at least 1.5m).
- The use of gloves and masks and hand-sanitizer during the conduct of the inspection.
- One on one inspection.
- Advising attendees to refrain from touching surfaces within the business premise where possible.
We also request the vendor and/or buyer avoid attending an inspection appointment if they have:
- Tested positive to, or have symptoms associated with Coronavirus
- Recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus
- Recently been overseas or agreed to any self-isolation conditions
